Credentials
Director of Zentium International and Associates and copyright owner of the five-level Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Breathwork Mastery, Trainer and Supervisor, and have been a Breathwork Practitioner since 1987 and a Trainer since 1993. I also hold a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (TAE) and am a Certified Yoga Teacher (1979, India).
Where did you complete your training (or where are you still in training)?
Breathconnection in Australia, 1986-7
What do you enjoy about breathwork and how has it helped you?
I love being more conscious and connected from Breathwork, and since I use intentions in my sessions, I have been able to have the life I intend, step by step.
Are you trained in any other modalities?
Yoga and Meditation Teacher 1977 (india)
How do they integrate with breathwork?
Both are conscious breathing techniques that process our subconscious blocks and allow us to be freer to create points of choice in our lives.
What is your personal journey?
I have always been interested in self-mastery and the power of the subconscious mind. First, I studied metaphysics in my teenage years, then went to India to be initiated into Kriya Yoga, and in 1977 returned to live in the yoga ashram and learn how yoga and meditation connect with the subconscious mind, allowing us to be freer and better able to choose.
We needed to leave India in 1986, and I was invited to a Rebirthing workshop to teach yoga in the mornings. In March 1986, I enrolled in Rebirthing training, graduated, and moved to Sydney to set up a Breathwork practice, starting in 1987.
Clients asked me for Breathworker training, so I began it in 1993 and had it accredited by the Australian Qualifications Framework in 1997. I have delivered Breathwork Mastery RBM ever since in Australia and in different parts of the world. The Breathwork Mastery RBM curriculum has five levels and is delivered by Breathwork Mastery RBM Trainer graduates under agreement with me, as the copyright holder.
What do you stand for, and what do you stand against?
Parasympathetic activation and taking clients into their comfort zone, rather than breathing that activates the sympathetic system, which takes clients beyond their comfort zone.
What is your greatest wish for your clients
For my clients to achieve their personal intentions through the Breathwork Mastery RBM self-generating process of full, conscious, connected breathing that is longer and slower than normal.
