Where did you complete your training (or where are you still in training)?

Breathing Space

What do you enjoy about breathwork and how has it helped you?

Breathwork initially started out as a stress relief tool but it has taken me on a journey of the self. I love the relationship that I have built with my own breath. The wisdom it has helped me uncover. Breathwork has given me a deep respect for my own body. I have become much better at listening to myself. It has also helped me uncover many inner truths. It excites me to think about what the future holds as my relationship with my Breath deepens further.

Are you trained in any other modalities?

Sound Healing, Reiki, Rahanni

How do they integrate with breathwork?

Sound and the breath work beautifully together. When breath practice is combined with sound healing the body relaxes, the mind quiets, and the participant is much more open to receive the many beautiful benefits that sound healing brings.

What is your personal journey?

I’ve been on a healing journey since the birth of my eldest daughter, our heart baby, in 2018. With the challenges we faced in the first years of her life it propelled me onto a different path and a different way of seeing the world. I’m eternally grateful to my daughter for helping me to see things clearly.

What do you stand for, and what do you stand against?

I love authenticity and being real. I’m not a big fan of keeping up appearances or conforming just to ‘belong’

I stand for:
Slowing down, trusting your intuition, rest and coming back to yourself.

I’m against:
Hustle culture, perfectionism, pushing through and the belief that you have to do more to be enough.

What is your greatest wish for your clients

To quiet the outside noise. To listen to what it is that they need and to honour their own selves.
