Marie Doherty

Marie Doherty is a breathwork facilitator and Celtic Wisdom Keeper based in Inishowen, County Donegal, working online and in person. She came to breathwork after over thirty years teaching in the primary classroom, and trained in Buteyko, EFT, and NLP along the way. She co-founded The Exhale Awakening with Sharyn, offering 50 hour and 400 hour GPBA accredited breathwork training, with in-person retreat options available. Alongside the training, they support breathwork practitioners in wellbeing and business, with weekly and monthly sessions online. Her own practice, one to one and in groups, brings together Celtic wisdom, plant medicine, and the old paths of the bean feasa and filí.
